Melrose Company LLC has completed the land use approvals for both sites that will become Arlington Row. The sites are located along Wayzata Boulevard in St. Louis Park.  

Construction will commence in late 2016 with occupancy of the first apartment homes in 2017.  The project will feature such sustainable features as geothermal HVAC, solar powered LED lighting in all of the common areas, plug-in for electric cars, and a no smoking policy.
